Work Mode: On-site – Indianópolis/MG As a **Maintenance Supervisor I**, your key **responsibilities** include: * Supervise the Analytical Maintenance, Metrology, Weighing Scales, Fire Protection Systems, and Camera teams, ensuring effective asset management within the area. * Ensure execution of weekly scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance plans, and inspections; * Support the team regarding technical and operational conditions to execute maintenance with quality, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. * Monitor progress of maintenance work orders and review their records; * Control maintenance costs for equipment within your specialty; * Monitor and manage maintenance KPIs. * Provide technical support for maintenance reports and failure analyses, assisting in root cause identification and proposing corresponding solutions. * Manage the team, promoting its technical and behavioral development. * Participate in identification and determination of spare parts for inventory; * Participate in developing investment and equipment plans, as well as planning shutdowns (human and material resources); * Support maintenance engineering in improvement studies and corrective actions for action plans; * Support maintenance engineering in creating and optimizing maintenance plans; * Support the quality department in internal and external audits and handling non-conformities. We expect you to have the following qualifications: * Technical degree in Automation or Mechanical Engineering. The following experience or skills are desirable but not mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in hydraulic service provision and maintenance companies.
