




Job Summary: This professional will assist in anomaly analysis, perform predictive inspections, and prepare technical reports for industrial rotating equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting anomaly analysis and predictive inspections of equipment 2. Performing vibration measurements and analyses on rotating equipment 3. Preparing technical reports and failure analyses Requirements: * Completed technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Experience in Predictive Maintenance, Planning, or Industrial Maintenance. * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of techniques such as Thermography, Ultrasonics, and Vibration Analysis. * Intermediate English for reading manuals and using software. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Responsibilities: * Assist in anomaly analysis of industrial equipment using predictive techniques. * Perform lubricant level verification, inspection, and replenishment services on equipment. * Interpret technical drawings to build databases and inspection routes. * Identify poor-quality acquired signals, noise, interference, or miscalibrated equipment. * Conduct various predictive inspections (Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Lubricating Oil Sampling, Balancing and Alignment, Motor Analysis, etc.). * Perform vibration measurements and analyses on rotating equipment (motors, pumps, turbines, gearboxes, centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, and reciprocating compressors). * Provide technical support and supervision during installation, maintenance, and commissioning of rotating equipment in industrial plants. * Prepare predictive recommendation technical reports and failure analyses for rotating equipment. * Perform fieldwork anywhere in the country.
