In an era where people are essential to success, join a team that prioritizes human creativity and fosters a workforce where technology elevates people (not the other way around), freeing them for more creative thinking and engaging work. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Support Recruitment and Selection processes—from job posting through final stages—with assistance to the team and analysts. * Post jobs on internal and external channels, following established guidelines. * Screen resumes and assist in evaluating candidate fit against job requirements. * Support or conduct initial interviews (screening), as appropriate for experience level. * Schedule interviews and maintain contact with candidates throughout the process. * Update job and candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS). * Support sending standardized feedback and communications to candidates. * Organize and manage information and documents related to selection processes. * Assist in tracking basic recruitment metrics. ### **In addition, the following are required:** * Interest in working and growing within the Recruitment and Selection field. * Prior recruitment experience is a plus (including high-volume hiring). * Experience with or familiarity with R&S platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, screening tools). * Education: completed high school or currently pursuing/completed undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level is a plus). * Bonus: experience with platforms such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter.
