Planning Technician (Programmer)

### **Job Summary** Professional responsible for planning, programming, and controlling maintenance activities for the PBT line, ensuring proper sequencing of demands, optimization of resources, and adherence to preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance schedules. The hiring will be temporary to immediately support operations, aiming to cover the current Maintenance Programmer's maternity leave. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and program maintenance activities for the PBT line; * Develop and control preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance schedules; * Monitor service orders, ensuring compliance with deadlines and priorities; * Support resource, material, and workforce availability control for activity execution; * Update and manage maintenance system information; * Serve as an interface between operations, maintenance, and third-party companies, ensuring activity alignment; * Monitor maintenance KPIs and propose actions to improve operational performance; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and operational standards; * Support preparation of maintenance administrative reports and controls. ### **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering with industrial maintenance experience, or Industrial Maintenance; * Experience in industrial maintenance programming and planning; * Knowledge of service order control and maintenance routines; * Familiarity with maintenance management systems (SAP is considered a plus); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong organizational skills, communication ability, and capacity for prioritization.
