Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support procurement process management, supplier evaluation, and contract formalization at Witplan. Key Highlights: 1. Support the company's procurement process management. 2. Evaluate, approve, and manage suppliers. 3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing and contracting processes. Currently, the group includes two other companies, focused on verticalizing strategic areas: **Witplan**, responsible for construction execution, and **Proxy**, a company dedicated to asset management after construction, operating in both Asset and Property management. **This position is designated for work with Witplan.** We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with purchasing and service contracting workflows (order receipt, quotation, negotiation, production tracking). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the company's procurement process management, ensuring organization, traceability, and efficiency in contracting and acquisitions; * Conduct supplier evaluation, approval, and management, maintaining an updated partner database and monitoring supplier performance; * Act as the interface between the procurement and legal departments, supporting the drafting, review, and formalization of contracts with suppliers and service providers; * Control and update the inventory of construction assets, ensuring registration, movement, and traceability of equipment and materials; * Develop, monitor, and report procurement department performance indicators (KPIs), supporting results analysis and identification of improvement opportunities; * Support the structuring and standardization of technical scopes, terms of reference, and specifications for contracting processes; * Prepare and maintain updated checklists, operational procedures, and process flows related to procurement activities; * Support the organization and updating of the supplier database and contracting history, ensuring reliable information for decision-making; * Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of purchasing and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices; * Support internal departments and construction teams in demand identification, specification definition, and contracting follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Technical Skills: Familiarity with SIENGE software (Preferred) * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Belo Horizonte * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) contract, on-site; * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance R$ 700.00 \+ Transportation Allowance R$ 500.00 (Caju), Health Insurance (co-payment), Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and Wellhub. * Opportunities for learning and professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Potential for career growth within the company. **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients' demands in every detail.
