Description: We seek a Senior Data Analyst with strong Business Intelligence expertise, responsible for transforming data into strategic insights that support business-area decision-making. This professional will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving Power BI dashboards and reports, as well as performing data modeling, creating metrics, and ensuring data quality and governance. * Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports * + Translate data into strategic analyses to support decision-making + Perform data modeling (Star Schema) + Create metrics and KPIs using DAX + Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query (M) + Write and optimize advanced SQL queries + Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance + Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and understand needs Requirements: * Solid experience with Power BI * Proficiency in DAX for metric and KPI creation * Experience in data modeling (Star Schema) * Advanced knowledge of Power Query (M) * Advanced SQL * Experience building managerial dashboards and reports * Degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields * Experience with ETL/ELT tools * Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) * Experience with data governance and BI best practices
