Only education transforms! **As an FIC Coordinator - Fixed-Term Position, your responsibilities will include:** * Planning the annual course offerings in partnership with the School Director; * Planning and implementing promotional strategies for offered courses; * Conducting teacher training for hired instructors; * Monitoring lesson planning developed by instructors; * Observing classes and providing feedback to instructors regarding their teaching; * Providing student support services; * Monitoring student class attendance and implementing proactive outreach strategies when necessary; * Analyzing course outcomes (pass rates, failure rates, and dropout rates) and student evaluations of courses. **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM\. **Mandatory Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or other teaching-related fields; Postgraduate degree in Education, School Management, or related areas; Experience in managing Professional Education / Technical / Higher Education / Short-Term Courses. **And here are the great benefits we offer:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and work schedule)* **All selection process stages are conducted on our platform.
