If you are passionate about technology and customer service, and wish to join an innovative company, this position may be right for you! **What will you do?** * Provide customer support via ticketing portal and telephone * Diagnose and resolve system issues * Record support interaction details in the internal portal * Configure and update the system on customers’ equipment * Perform tests on new features and identify potential errors * Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with SLAs * Suggest improvements to enhance technical support **What are we looking for?** * Interest and basic knowledge of technology and software * Administrative mindset and ability to understand how companies and their processes operate * Strong communication skills and customer service aptitude * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems * Availability to work both onsite and remotely (home office) **What do we offer?** * Fixed salary: R$ 1.900,00 * Meal allowance: R$400,00 * Performance bonus: R$ 650,00 * Transportation allowance (if required) * Work location: Onsite during weekdays, business hours. Remote on-call shifts (home office) on weekends and holidays, with rotating schedules, ensuring greater flexibility for the team.

About the position Provide personalized customer service Sell optical products (eyeglasses and contact lenses) Assist customers in understanding their ophthalmological prescriptions and recommend the best product for their needs Maintain store and product organization Contribute to achieving sales targets Participate in training and development programs offered by the company Assist with administrative tasks at the store Compensation: Fixed salary + benefits + sales commission + performance bonuses Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional commitment Completed high school education Desirable: Experience in optical retail sales Previous experience as a store sales associate Knowledge of sales techniques Benefits Dental insurance, meal voucher, transportation allowance Schedule 6 days on, 1 day off Employment Type CLT (Permanent)
