Junior Human Resources Analyst to work on recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, social assistance, and performance evaluation, attracting, retaining, and motivating professionals.

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Analyst to perform recruitment and selection, compensation, benefits, social assistance, and performance evaluation activities, thereby enabling the company to attract, retain, and motivate professionals of interest.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct R\&S processes—from candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and assessments to final recommendation—ensuring quality and agility in hiring.
* Maintain an updated talent database and support internal selection processes (promotions and transfers).
* Coordinate evaluation programs, ensuring continuous feedback, gap identification, and employee motivation.
* Update job descriptions, administer the Job Classification and Compensation Plan, and support salary surveys to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
* Administer health, dental, life insurance, meal, and other benefit plans, evaluating effectiveness, cost, and satisfaction.
* Negotiate with providers and propose improvements to the benefits package.
* Monitor absenteeism and turnover, conduct exit interviews, and propose corrective actions.
* Plan and implement organizational climate surveys, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
* Comply with regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), safeguarding the company’s image and values.
* Promote a positive organizational climate, employee engagement, and team development.
* Act as a knowledge disseminator and support related HR area activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Academic Background**
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
**Specific Knowledge**
* Microsoft Office Suite \- Basic
* Labor, Social Security, FGTS, and related legislation \- Basic
* Interview and Group Dynamics techniques \- Basic
