Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Helper to handle loading, unloading, and organizing of goods, supporting drivers and ensuring the cleanliness of the Distribution Center (DC). Opportunity for personal and professional growth We are looking for a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods on trucks and assist in organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally shipped goods by delivering them to respective departments and recording system adjustments. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support organizing goods across DC platforms and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education **Additional Information** Meal Voucher; Food Allowance; Basic Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; SEST SENAT Agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Career and Compensation Plan; Internal Training (up to 100% subsidized); Birthday Day Off; Wellhub/ Gympass. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
