At **Jent Egypt Communications**, we’re looking for an **Email Support Manager** who thrives in fast\-paced environments, values customer satisfaction, and is passionate about building efficient support systems. What You’ll Do * Lead and manage a team of email support specialists and team leads * Oversee daily email support operations, ensuring timely and high\-quality responses * Monitor KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) * Develop and improve email workflows, templates, and automation processes * Collaborate with CRM and tech teams (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.) * Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and engagement * Handle escalations and ensure effective issue resolution * Analyze support data and provide actionable insights to leadership What We’re Looking For * 3–6\+ years of experience in customer support or email support operations * At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role * Strong knowledge of CRM/helpdesk platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) * Excellent written communication and problem\-solving skills * Proven ability to manage KPIs and improve team performance * Experience in BPO, SaaS, or international customer support is a strong advantage * Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup About the Company **Jent Egypt Communications** is a global customer experience and digital support company specializing in email support operations, CRM management, and business process outsourcing.
