We are seeking a hands\-on **Building Technician**, with a practical profile and sharp technical insight, to support construction and maintenance activities in a dynamic and challenging environment: a university campus.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Supervise renovation and building maintenance projects;
* Prepare quantity takeoff spreadsheets for contracting construction works;
* Identify and resolve civil and electrical issues;
* Monitor services to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications;
* Interact directly with contractors and execution teams;
* Conduct technical inspections and service measurements;
* Support the organization and control of field activities.
**Requirements and qualifications** **What you must have:**
* Technical qualification in Building Construction (or equivalent);
* Experience in building construction and maintenance;
* Practical knowledge of civil construction and electrical installations;
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
**Nice to have:**
* Experience in institutional environments or large-scale complexes;
* Knowledge of residential plumbing systems;
* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance;
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on multiple factors. If the value has already been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
