If you have experience in **fleet management and enjoy challenges**, this could be your opportunity! **Job Location:** Curitiba – PR **Position:** Fleet Supervisor **About the Role** The professional will be responsible for **coordinating, controlling, and optimizing the company's vehicle fleet**, ensuring availability, safety, and operational efficiency, always focusing on **cost reduction and supporting logistics demands**. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the vehicle fleet (light and heavy vehicles), ensuring good maintenance condition and availability * Control preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, tires, fueling, and documentation * Monitor fleet KPIs (fuel consumption, costs, availability, traffic fines, and accidents) * Plan and control vehicle usage according to operational demands * Supervise drivers and provide guidance on safety, legislation, and best practices * Analyze operational costs and propose improvements to reduce expenses * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (Brazilian Traffic Code, ANTT, tachographs, tracking systems, insurance) * Manage accidents, traffic fines, and incidents, interfacing with insurance companies and service providers * Maintain relationships with suppliers (workshops, dealerships, gas stations, and tracking system providers) * Prepare managerial reports and support administrative, operational, and financial departments **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) * Proven experience in **fleet or transportation management** * Knowledge of **vehicle maintenance and operational costs** * Familiarity with **traffic and transportation legislation** * Experience with **operational indicators and controls** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Driver’s license category **D or E** is a plus * Willingness to travel **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and sense of responsibility * Leadership ability and decision-making skills * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Commitment to safety and compliance **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing light, mixed, and heavy fleets * Knowledge of **tracking and telematics systems** * Experience in **logistics operations and transportation contracts** * Experience with **performance indicators (KPIs)** **Compensation** **Starting salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 **Benefits** * Transportation allowance (6% deduction) * Meal or food allowance: **R$ 30.00 per workday** * Health insurance (per collective bargaining agreement) * Dental insurance (per collective bargaining agreement) * Group life insurance **Employment Type:** CLT **Join Paraná Transportes and help drive our operations efficiently and safely!** Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.499,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
