Responsibilities and Duties * **Install and configure services requested by customers**, such as telephone lines, data, and subscription TV, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Perform technical adjustments, such as **cabinet binning**, as well as **repairs** to lines, data, and TV, ensuring customer satisfaction. * **Deploy external optical networks (SITES / FTTA / FTTH)**, ensuring construction quality and optimal functionality of the optical fiber network. * Carry out **installation and repair of optical fiber cables** in residential and commercial buildings and external networks. * Conduct **tests and measurements** to ensure installation quality. * Diagnose and resolve issues in optical fiber systems. * **Maintain detailed records** of performed activities and monitor performance indicators. * Manage contracted service providers, ensuring alignment and service quality. * Collaborate with the team to **meet deadlines and deliver projects with excellence**. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed High School education; * Valid and active Class B driver's license; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Willingness to work at heights; * Results- and customer-oriented mindset; * Tech-savvy profile; * Curiosity.
