Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, executing, and controlling civil engineering services and projects, leading teams and ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of civil engineering teams 2. Control of civil engineering projects and budgets 3. Preparation of descriptive memoranda for construction works **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, execute, and control civil engineering services and projects under established conditions to meet client requirements regarding scope, schedule, quality, and safety. * Prepare descriptive memoranda for construction works * Size civil engineering teams and distribute tasks among supervisors and direct foremen. * Lead, guide, and train civil engineering teams. * Determine, requisition, and control materials required for civil engineering services. * Develop, execute, and control civil engineering projects and documentation. * Participate in internal meetings and client meetings. * Monitor and adhere to the budget allocated for civil engineering activities, identifying and reporting discrepancies between forecasted and actual costs. **EDUCATION/TRAINING:** Technical Course in Building Construction; Full Microsoft Office Suite; Engineering degree is a plus. **REQUIREMENTS:** Knowledge of construction works; Experience with budgeting; Descriptive memorandum. **SALARY + BENEFITS:** VT OR VR AUTO, VA, VR, MEDICAL PLAN, DENTAL PLAN, LIFE INSURANCE, AND TOTALPASS. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **LOCATION:** Xaxim - CWB / PR Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Education allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite? * Do you hold a technical qualification in building construction? * What is your expected salary? * Do you have proven experience in facility maintenance?
