Job Summary: Supporting industrial applications (MES) in a factory-floor environment, focusing on L2 support, incident handling, service requests, and implementation of minor improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Mandatory experience with MES and DELMIA Apriso (FlexNet) systems 2. Analysis and resolution of issues in MES applications 3. Monitoring integrations with external systems **Location:** On-site in Curitiba/PR, São Carlos/SP, and Manaus/AM **Employment Type:** PJ (with potential conversion to CLT) **Shift Schedule:** Rotating shifts **Languages:** Portuguese and English required **Summary**: Supporting industrial applications (MES) in a factory-floor environment, focusing on L2 support, incident handling, service requests, and implementation of minor improvements. The professional will be responsible for ensuring system stability, SLA compliance, and operational continuity in industrial plants. Key Competencies: Mandatory experience with MES systems Mandatory experience with DELMIA Apriso (FlexNet) Proficiency in C# and .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core) SQL Server with strong T-SQL skills (queries, basic performance analysis) Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira or similar) Experience in log analysis and application troubleshooting **Responsibilities:** Handling incidents and service requests in production environments Analyzing and resolving issues in MES applications (UI, workflows, WIP, KPIs) Investigating logs (application, integration, and server logs) Executing data corrections and configuration adjustments per established procedures Monitoring integrations with external systems (ERP, factory devices) Supporting deployment activities and post-implementation validation Documenting solutions and building knowledge base entries ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** .NET, C#, SQL Server, English ### **Department:** Operations
