Focus on quality, deadlines, and construction site safety We are looking for an Engineer to work at the supervisory level, responsible for the technical and operational management of construction projects in the banking sector, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and safety. Supervise and monitor construction execution at bank branches. Coordinate internal and third-party teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety. Interface with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Prepare and validate technical reports and progress measurements. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise work teams * Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with deadlines * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Prepare reports and maintain records of activities performed * Interact with suppliers and service providers * Participate in monitoring and planning meetings Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, with active CREA registration. * Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably within the banking sector. * Skills in team management, planning, and project monitoring. * Availability for technical visits and travel, as required by the project. * This position is open only to candidates residing in the state of Paraná.
