Topigs Norsvin, a global leader in research and development of swine genetics, is seeking candidates for the position of “Technical Support Analyst”. **About the position** Ensure first-level technical support to users, guaranteeing agile, efficient, and high-quality service for resolving incidents and requests related to hardware, software, networks, and systems. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide first-level (N1\) technical support to users; * Register, classify, and track tickets via service desk tool; * Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks; * Perform installation, configuration, and updating of systems and applications; * Manage user accounts (creation, modification, and deletion); * Support maintenance of equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.); * Escalate tickets to higher levels (N2/N3\) when necessary; * Document solutions and maintain an updated knowledge base; * Ensure compliance with defined SLAs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience in help desk; * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS); * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); * Familiarity with ticketing tools; * Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 suite; * Intermediate Spanish is desirable; * Availability to work on-site in the central region of Curitiba/PR.
