If you are a dynamic, proactive individual who wants to contribute to an institution that places people first, **join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative activities within the cooperative; * Assist in organizing documents and internal controls; * Provide support to teams and departments across the cooperative; * Learn about organizational routines and member service; * Participate in training sessions and learning program activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between **14 and 24 years old** (per the Apprenticeship Law); * Be **currently enrolled in or have completed high school**; * Be available to meet the program’s scheduled working hours; * Show interest in learning and professional development. * Strong communication skills; * Organizational skills and responsibility; * Desire to grow and learn as part of a team. **Additional Information** We offer a benefits package designed to value our employees’ well-being, development, and quality of life: * Salary: R$966.15 * Meal Allowance and Food Voucher (R$560.00 total); * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness platform (Gympass, TotalPass, and StarBem); * Corporate University; * Transportation voucher (4% payroll deduction).
