Job Summary: We are seeking a Mold Changer to work in production, performing mold replacement, assembly, and adjustment on injection molding machines, ensuring equipment functionality and product quality. Supporting preventive maintenance We are looking for a **Mold Changer** to work in the production area, performing mold replacement, assembly, and adjustment on injection molding machines, ensuring equipment functionality and final product quality. The professional will be responsible for preparing machines for production, performing necessary adjustments, and supporting preventive maintenance as required. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mold changes according to production planning; * Carry out adjustments and calibrations on injection molding machines; * Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition; * Assist with production setup and startup; * Comply with company safety and quality standards; * Report anomalies to the maintenance department or immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a Mold Changer or in plastic injection; * Knowledge of machine adjustments and reading measurement instruments; * Availability to work on Saturdays (if required) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Additional benefits according to company policy.
