Does it match your profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the institution’s financial processes, ensuring organization, control, and accuracy of information; * Perform daily monitoring of bank receipts and financial transactions; * Execute accruals, write-offs, and revenue recording; * Reconcile receipts from health insurance operators, SUS (Brazil’s Unified Health System), and other revenue sources; * Manage and monitor accounts receivable and financial indicators; * Assist in preparing management reports, forecasts, and financial analyses; * Support monthly and annual closing routines for the area; * Handle physician reimbursement processes, performing financial verifications and validations; * Analyze received claim denials (glosas) and identify root causes; * Prepare and track appeal submissions related to claim denials with health insurance operators, adhering to established deadlines; * Record and monitor information in control systems and performance indicators; * Collaborate with departments such as billing, auditing, and hospital services to resolve requests; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process mapping, and development of workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and departmental policies; * Contribute to implementing institutional guidelines and Marist values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Experience in financial routines, preferably within the healthcare sector; * Prior experience with accounts receivable, claim appeals, and/or physician reimbursements will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of financial reconciliations and administrative controls; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality network of accredited providers * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted directly from payroll * Education Incentive Program: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, offering incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meal Voucher * Meals at Bistrô Marista: We provide on-site meals on workdays, with a nominal payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Commuter Pass * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is built based on several factors.
