Application and monitoring of safety regulations (NRs) **Mandatory Requirements:** ***\- Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)*** ***\- Solid experience in continuous process industries*** ***\- In-depth knowledge of sector-applicable NRs: NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-20, NR\-26, NR\-33, and NR\-35*** ***Proven experience in work permit management and operational risk control*** ***Experience managing safety teams (technicians, emergency responders, CIPA)*** ***Proficiency in developing and presenting OSH performance indicators*** **Main Responsibilities** Coordinate and supervise the unit's occupational safety technicians team Implement and monitor actions outlined in the PGR, PPRA, and PCMSO prepared by the consulting engineer Conduct systematic safety inspections, internal audits, and operational patrols Support and accompany risk analyses (JSA, work permits, lockout/tagout) together with operational teams Manage the work permit (WP) system for high-risk activities: confined space, working at height, flammable substances Lead incident and near-miss investigations, feeding the corrective action system with support from the consultant Develop and deliver safety training for operators, supervisors, and contractors Manage and report OSH indicators (frequency rate, severity rate, near-misses, safety observations) Supervise and audit contracted companies regarding compliance with the plant’s OSH requirements Serve as the focal point for the consulting engineer, ensuring smooth information flow and implementation of technical recommendations Participate in CIPA meetings and support its activities Maintain up-to-date legal OSH documentation for the unit **Location:** CIC, Curitiba **Salary:** Initial \- R$3182.37 / After experience \- R$7978.72 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance \+ Health and dental plans with co-payment \+ On-site meals with R$3.10 payroll deduction per meal \+ University partnership.
