We are looking for a strategic professional to lead the expansion and maintenance of our healthcare network in Curitiba. The primary focus will be hospital accreditation, supported by a holistic perspective covering the outpatient and diagnostic ecosystem. We seek someone who combines high-level negotiation skills with the operational and analytical rigor required for the operator’s success. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Negotiation and Accreditation:** Lead prospecting and complex negotiations with hospitals and clinics, focusing on sustainable reimbursement models. * **Reimbursement Models:** Monitor network performance and propose implementation of **Alternative Reimbursement Models** (e.g., *Value\-Based Healthcare* or *Bundles*). * **Relationship Management and Visits:** Maintain a resolution-oriented and trustworthy channel with providers, conducting periodic in-person visits across the Curitiba region to ensure strategic and operational alignment. * **Holistic Network Vision:** Manage the hospital ecosystem while ensuring the outpatient network’s reach and quality. * **Administrative Management:** Perform system registration and data updates, ensuring process organization and information integrity. * **Data Analysis and Innovation:** Use BI tools and innovation to monitor costs, claims frequency, and network performance. * **ANS Compliance:** Proficiency in market tables identified by ANS (TUSS, TISS, AMB, CBHPM, Brasíndice, Simpro). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Bachelor’s Degree** (Mandatory). * **Postgraduate degree** in Health or Management (Preferred). * **Solid experience** in Senior or management roles within health plan operators or large hospital groups. * **Regional Knowledge:** Prior knowledge of the Curitiba and surrounding region’s healthcare market is required. * **Negotiator Profile:** Technical negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal relationships. * **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of ANS regulations and provider fee schedules. **Additional Information** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Meal Voucher:** BRL 42.00 per day (symbolic monthly deduction of BRL 1.00). * **Transportation Voucher.** * **Health Insurance Plan.** * **Birthday Day Off:** A paid day off on your birthday. * **Total Pass:** Incentive for wellness and physical activity. * **Education:** Discounts at partner educational institutions. * **Leve Mente Program:** Emotional health support.
