**Description:**
Participate in occupational safety, health, and environmental protection processes, keeping workers informed and trained on applicable risks, standards, and procedures to comply with regulations concerning occupational safety, health, and environmental protection.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage occupational health and safety documents in the SOC system, ensuring up-to-date records and legal compliance. Deliver and supervise the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), developing educational campaigns for accident prevention and environmental protection. Participate in accident analyses and investigations, collaborating on corrective and preventive action plans. Prepare Work Orders, conduct onboarding sessions, and deliver training on safety standards and procedures. Monitor OSH performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Inspect workplaces, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe conditions. Manage the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and Emergency Response Team, as well as third-party documents (Risk Management Program - PGR, Occupational Health Program - PCMSO, Occupational Health Certificate - ASO, and training records). Control and inspect fire-fighting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
**Requirements:**
Completed bachelor's degree;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Civil Firefighter Training – NR20, NR23, NR33, NR35, to deliver Occupational Safety and Health Training;
Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs), to deliver Occupational Safety and Health Training;
NR5 Training to manage CIPA – Internal Accident Prevention Committee;
Knowledge of the SOC system and eSocial system.
