**Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT — EXCLUSIVELY FOR BLACK PEOPLE — ESTÁCIO UNIMETA are:**
* Administrative support in the secretariat;
* Structuring and organizing document files;
* Filling out spreadsheets and forms;
* Student reception and referral;
* Developing controls;
* Academic support
**Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational ability and aptitude for varied tasks;
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in office software;
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams;
* Proactivity and willingness to learn.
**Additional information**
Work location: Estácio Unimeta
Work schedule: 44 hours per week.
