Responsible for recovering, repairing, and reusing pallets and other internally used recyclable materials, contributing to reduced disposal and new material procurement costs. \- Repair and maintain pallets used in company operations. \- Recover and adapt recyclable materials (wood, structures, supports, etc.) for internal reuse. \- Assess the usability condition of pallets and materials, separating those suitable for recovery. \- Perform minor repairs, including board replacement, nail insertion, and structural reinforcement. \- Organize and store recovered pallets and materials. \- Support inventory control of pallet inflow, outflow, and reutilization. \- Contribute to reduced material disposal costs and new pallet procurement costs. \- Maintain an organized workplace and comply with safety regulations. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Prior experience in operational activities, maintenance, carpentry, or manual labor is a plus. * Basic knowledge of hand tools (hammer, handsaw, drill, etc.). * Familiarity with material reutilization and inventory organization. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Internal products with discounts Wellhub (Gympass) Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria Attendance Bonus Dental Plan **Work Location:** ---------------------- Rio Bonito/RJ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Flexibility to work varied shifts
