Description: We are looking for a committed, proactive individual with strong technical skills to work as a Maintenance Mason. Success in this role requires responsibility, attention to detail, focus on safety, agility, and good communication with the team. This position is essential for ensuring the execution of masonry work, repairs, and maintenance on building structures, directly contributing to the preservation, safety, and functionality of facilities. Responsibilities * Perform masonry tasks, plastering, block and brick laying, and surface finishes. * Carry out concrete pouring, mortar and grout application. * Install and repair doors, windows, frames, and other structural elements. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * Meet deadlines and ensure service quality. * Safely and properly use tools and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with engineers, construction supervisors, and other team members to maintain work pace and efficiency. * Maintain organization and care of materials and tools used. Minimum requirements Qualifications * Completed elementary education (high school education desirable). * Masonry or Building Maintenance course, or equivalent. * Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in the role. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Responsibility and safety awareness. * Agility and efficiency in performing tasks.
