Develop and produce content for the continuous training of faculty and students through the design of workshops, lectures, and specialized training sessions; Deliver lectures, workshops, academic and/or corporate courses at all educational levels for faculty, students, and other institutional staff; Perform administrative tasks relevant to the department’s activities; Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an active CRP registration and clean disciplinary record; One year of professional experience in clinical psychology or organizational psychology (clinical focus); Public speaking skills for delivering lectures, meetings, and workshops; Collaborative and interdisciplinary work experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Residence in Teresópolis; 100% on-site work.
