Entering the workforce is challenging, and to encourage youth and adolescents in this process, we are collecting resumes to build a talent pool. In addition to developing professional competencies, you will earn income and receive support from a team that embodies a culture based on ethics, respect, empathy, professionalism, customer focus, and collaboration. WHAT DOES A YOUTH APPRENTICE DO? This program enables participation across various departments, focusing on administrative routines. Here are some activities: * Customer service; * Organizing documents and information; * Procuring materials; * Archiving documents, classifying them according to appropriate criteria for storage and preservation; * Providing switchboard services, updating databases, and preparing statistics; * Assisting with administrative tasks across various departments. PREREQUISITES: * Age between 15 and 18 years old * Initiative, problem-solving ability, and proactivity * Basic computer skills * Completion of or enrollment in high school WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Administrative Assistant course; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The degree of kinship does not disqualify a Youth Apprentice candidate, provided they do not work in the same department or under hierarchical relationships.
