Job Summary: A professional to develop, coordinate, and integrate complementary construction execution projects, including graphical documents and quantity takeoffs. Key Highlights: 1. Support in developing construction execution projects 2. Coordination and integration of various projects 3. Preparation of graphical documents for execution projects **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Technical Education in Construction or ongoing Higher Education in Civil Engineering; * Experience in developing complementary construction execution projects (structural, hydraulic, and/or electrical); * Proven knowledge of construction systems and project detailing; * Proficiency in BIM platforms (Revit and/or ArchiCAD), CAD, and Microsoft Office suite; **YOUR CHALLENGES:** * Support in developing construction execution projects (structural, hydraulic, and/or electrical) and engineering-developed projects; * Coordinate and integrate various complementary construction projects; * Prepare graphical documents for execution projects and extract quantities for budget preparation. **LOCATION: Maricá \- RJ** Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month
