We are looking for a Developer to work on the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our systems. This position is aimed at professionals with solid experience in the field, critical analysis skills, and a vision focused on innovation and process optimization. **Responsibilities:** Conduct impact analyses for system implementation and/or improvements. Analyze requirements or receive detailed specifications to determine development activities. Develop, maintain, and fix software, adapting it to the group’s needs. Apply good programming practices, code versioning, and database script creation. Perform tests and simulations to validate functionality and performance. Update technical documentation and ensure alignment with involved teams. Ensure information security in proposed solutions, aligning with guidelines such as Privacy by Design. Work on integrations between internal and third-party systems. Automate processes and routines to improve operational efficiency. **Essential Requirements** Completed undergraduate degree and specialization in software development ( E.g., Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Data Processing Technology). Experience in development. Experience developing with Delphi. Solid knowledge of SQL Server and data manipulation using SQL. Experience developing REST APIs. Proficiency in GIT for code versioning. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). Knowledge of Low-Code and Cloud Computing. Knowledge of object-oriented and structured development. Familiarity with unit testing techniques and software quality practices. **Desirable Requirements** Knowledge of the organization’s systems and their business rules. Experience with integrations involving third-party systems.
