COMMERCIAL MANAGER - Facial Surgery Clinic (Nova Essencial)
**About the opportunity:**
We are undergoing a **strategic market shift**: transitioning from traditional dentistry to becoming a reference in **facial harmonization and surgery**. We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** to **build and lead from scratch** our commercial department, responsible for boosting revenue through acquisition, conversion, and retention of premium patients.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Acquisition and Conversion:**
* Acquire new patients interested in facial procedures (harmonization, aesthetic surgeries, fillers, etc.)
* Convert qualified leads (social media, website, referrals) into appointments and actual sales
* Deliver high-performance consultative service, presenting procedures and pricing
**Relationship Management and Follow-up:**
* Respond promptly and strategically to leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
* Conduct structured follow-up with patients at every stage of the funnel (interest → consultation → post-sale)
* Nurture patient relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
**Commercial Management:**
* Build and implement commercial processes from scratch (CRM, scripts, service workflows)
* Define sales targets and operate with a results-oriented, measurable approach
* Monitor conversion metrics, average ticket, closing rate, and LTV (lifetime value)
* Develop upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase revenue per patient
**Brand Expansion:**
* Execute marketing initiatives to strengthen digital presence and attract qualified followers
* Actively participate in promotional campaigns, events, and launches of new procedures
* Identify market opportunities and propose innovative commercial actions
**IDEAL PROFILE:**
**Required Experience:**
* Minimum **2 years** in consultative sales or commercial management (experience in **healthcare, aesthetics, or clinics** is a strong advantage)
* Proven track record of **exceeding targets** and delivering outstanding results
* Knowledge of **sales funnels, CRM systems, and commercial metrics**
* Experience serving premium/high-end clientele

* Ability to develop sales scripts and commercial support materials
