Join Agrichem!!! **Responsibilities and duties** * Represent Agrichem in the SEALBA region; * Manage distributors and end customers, aiming to understand their needs and identify solutions; * Develop and manage an action plan for the assigned district, including performance indicators; * Be responsible for the entire sales process, including negotiation, order placement, delivery planning, and follow-up on payment of implemented orders; * Manage distributor inventory; * Promote and implement our nutritional monitoring tool PAMnutri among partners and customers, creating a competitive advantage in the sale of nutritional products; * Provide technical/commercial training to our partners and present regional results to partners and end customers; * Lead demand-generation initiatives focused on strategic company products; * Conduct training sessions for the distribution network, farmers, and influencers in the region, aligned with the company’s Market Development Department; * Organize technical events and seminars for customers and partners; * Plan and execute an expansion strategy together with the Market Access team and Commercial Management, aiming to increase market coverage and penetration across the territory. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong interpersonal skills with customers and partners; * Knowledge of the SEALBA market; * Experience in the plant nutrition category is a plus; * Knowledge of HF, Citrus, Corn, and Sugarcane crops; * Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in public. **Additional information** * Driver’s license – Category B; * Willingness to travel; * Willingness to reside in Itabaiana \- SE.
