**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Tasks: Perform mechanical maintenance services, including assembling and disassembling machines and equipment, repairing or replacing parts and components to ensure optimal functionality and extended service life. Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition and operational status of mechanical equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and associated accessories to ensure proper operation. Fabricate mechanical assemblies, machines, or equipment according to drawings, in accordance with the requesting department’s requirements. Maintain electric motors, including replacement of mechanical seals, bearings, and bushings. Lubricate, adjust, and calibrate all mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to each machine’s specifications, using appropriate instruments. Monitor production tests to verify proper machine operation. Assess production tools for necessary repairs. Record performed repairs and replaced parts for tracking purposes. Inspect bearings and replace them as required, in compliance with established standards. Maintain records and references for equipment and spare parts. Disassemble and reassemble motors, correcting identified defects. Mark, drill, tap, and cut parts manually or mechanically to fabricate components and machines as required. Perform minor welding and oxy-fuel cutting operations when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Completed high school education; basic Industrial Mechanics course; proven experience in the field. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM; OR Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **BENEFITS:** Compensation: BRL 1,583.00 to BRL 1,850.00 + meal allowance + health insurance (employee only) + dental insurance (employee only).
