If yes, this is your opportunity! **Work Mode**: On\-site \- Três Lagoas/MS As a **Manufacturing Supervisor**, your key **responsibilities** include: * Supervising and organizing the workshop, maintaining control over activities carried out, in accordance with the plan established by PPCP; * Assigning tasks to subordinates and guiding them in compliance with procedures and standards, aiming to meet scheduled timelines; * Providing technical assistance to customers to diagnose potential issues and perform repairs; * Visiting suppliers to analyze and evaluate machines and services, as well as their conditions and specifications; * Proposing, planning, and implementing improvements in the manufacturing process or equipment procurement to increase productivity and efficiency; * Interviewing candidates, conducting screening, and technically selecting personnel to fill vacancies within areas under your responsibility, complementing the recruitment process managed by HR; * Conducting performance evaluations to foster the development of staff within areas under your responsibility; * Participating in internal training and development programs, delivering lectures and courses; * Monitoring departmental KPIs by analyzing results, followed by monthly meetings with operational departments to review and define action plans for underperforming indicators, and presenting monthly reports to senior management; * Complying with company safety, hygiene, disciplinary, and other applicable regulations; * Understanding ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 procedures, instructions, and standards, and applying them daily; * Performing other related professional duties inherent to the position, as directed and requested by your immediate supervisor. We seek candidates with the following **competencies**: * Knowledge in: People Management, Process Management, Production Processes, and Process Simulation; * Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Tools; * Intermediate English proficiency and basic Spanish proficiency. We expect the following **qualifications**: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering.
