Job Summary: A professional to supervise the operational cleaning and maintenance area, develop procedures, manage teams and inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Employee development and engagement **Your Responsibilities:** * Supervise the operational area regarding cleaning and maintenance of A&B areas; * Develop cleaning procedure checklists; * Plan work schedules and staff leave for the steward team; * Monitor inventory of cleaning tools and supplies; * Ensure completion of daily operational cleaning activity checklists; * Conduct team training on equipment handling and general cleaning product usage; * Ensure teams comply with hygiene and safety standards; * Promote and engage the team in upholding our company values, policies, and regulations, aligned with our purpose, mission, and vision; * Comply with and ensure adherence to company regulations, procedures, and applicable legislation; * Collaborate daily with area managers and HR to improve engagement, satisfaction, retention, safety, and employee health indicators, thereby fostering a safe, healthy, and motivated workplace; **Required Qualifications** * Leadership experience * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree * Knowledge of sanitation and food safety best practices **What We Expect From You:** * Organization * Agility * Strong interpersonal skills * Proactivity * Dynamism * Leadership
