**Position: Building Maintenance Coordinator – Hospitality Industry** **Location:** Porto de Galinhas – PE **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering** (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil) or **Technical Degree in Building Construction**; * Proven experience in **hotel maintenance** or medium/large-scale facilities; * Proficiency in asset management systems and service order management; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning; * Experience managing operational teams; * Organized profile with strong decision-making skills and technical vision. **Advantageous Qualifications:** * Experience in **resorts, accommodation or tourism developments**; * Additional courses in **maintenance management, facilities management or occupational safety**. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance routines for **building, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems**; * Manage the **creation, tracking and closure** of Service Orders within the system; * Develop and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance plans**, ensuring schedule compliance; * Control maintenance of machinery, systems and technical equipment (air\-conditioning, boilers, pumps, elevators, electrical, hydraulic and fire protection systems); * Monitor the **technical warehouse**, conducting inventory control of spare parts and materials; * Supervise suppliers and service providers, ensuring technical compliance and adherence to safety standards; * Prepare **periodic reports**, performance indicators and equipment status updates; * Ensure compliance with **occupational safety regulations** and best practices in building maintenance. **Additional Information:** * Availability for full-time work and occasional on-call shifts.
