JOB DESCRIPTION: · Assemble and disassemble scaffolding according to projects and technical drawings, ensuring the structure's stability and safety. · Read drawings and blueprints to accurately assemble scaffolding on different types of construction sites. · Make adjustments to scaffolding during construction, as required by project changes or site conditions. · Use manual and electric tools to cut, adjust, and install scaffolding components. · Inspect assembled scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety and load-bearing standards. · Work in teams to organize and distribute materials, optimizing assembly and disassembly time. · Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all activities. · Perform basic maintenance on scaffolding when necessary to ensure proper function throughout the project. · Collaborate with supervisors to meet deadlines and maintain service quality. · Carry out assigned duties with awareness and participation in continuous process improvement, as well as application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,300.00 - R$2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
