Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Identifying training needs and development and career acceleration programs. * Creating, revising, and planning training activities and knowledge assessments; * Updating and developing instructional materials to support the department’s content factory. * Delivering training sessions. * Managing training activities—monitoring, analyzing, and managing related KPIs. * Implementing continuous improvement methodology (Kaizen) in accordance with its 5 principles and 4 phases.
