




**Job Summary:** The Engineering Assistant is responsible for supporting the technical team in administrative routines, customer support, and equipment configurations. Ensures the organization of internal processes and efficient flow of information between departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform administrative tasks within the engineering department (managing spreadsheets, reports, and technical documents); * Provide technical and commercial support to customers, assisting in resolving inquiries and operational requests; * Carry out equipment configurations and settings according to technical instructions; * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for products and projects; * Assist in coordination between engineering, sales, logistics, and after-sales service; * Support tracking of technical service tickets and internal resolutions; * Contribute to improving internal processes and updating procedures. (Note: This role does not involve on-site project supervision.) **Requirements:** * Completed technical education or ongoing higher education in Electrical Engineering; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic understanding of AutoCAD (desirable); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, detail-oriented, and committed; * Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in solar energy or electrical systems; * Background in technical customer service and remote support.
