Ensure personnel administration and payroll routines #### **About the position:** * Work as an HR Assistant at Novo Mateus, contributing to efficient HR process management and supporting operational departments. * Participate in the development and implementation of internal policies, promoting a healthy and productive work environment. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure personnel administration routines by entering and verifying data in the timekeeping system, and provide support for payroll processing, employee movements, vacations, and exit interviews. * Enter and monitor employee benefits; * Support training and development activities by organizing events and tracking employee participation. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation. * Ensure delivery and control of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment). * Monitor KPIs related to personnel administration. * Address and advise employees on HR policies and benefits. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR administrative routines. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
