Our engineering and construction units focus on Infrastructure, Energy, Mobility, and Industry projects, with emphasis on operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop projects through technical drawings and calculations, prepare and control activity budgets, and participate in assembly and presentation of data to company leadership, aiming to ensure best practices, equipment, and materials for the company, in accordance with the established budget. * Provide assistance to project teams and site professionals, supporting and clarifying matters related to materials, equipment, machinery, and activities; prepare periodic reports on activity performance and project progress, aiming to ensure project operability and budget adherence. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, perform updates, and participate in trade fairs and seminars according to company activities; monitor market developments and implement internal updates in response to demands, aiming to ensure the company’s technical advancement in line with its operating market. * Ensure service execution in accordance with requests, needs, and demands presented by leadership, aiming to meet and guarantee operations per internal company procedures and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Metal structures designer with expertise in document validation and interface coordination among Engineering, Quality, and Production. * Technical knowledge of metal structures. * Metal structures designer with expertise in document validation and interface coordination among Engineering, Quality, and Production. **Additional Information** Benefits: * 30% Hazard Pay upon commencement of field activities; * Health insurance plan; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR): paid semiannually; * Meal allowance; * Work Location: Recife \- PE \| 100% On-site Model * WE ARE AG It is through the strength of our \#PeopleThatBuildTheFuture that we build the future and reach farther every day! * OUR HISTORY Andrade Gutierrez was founded in 1948 in Minas Gerais, born from the dream of three young engineers who began building roads—and never stopped.
