During this period, candidates may be called for positions in other units within the same region, with possible changes in benefits, schedules, or workload as needed. **What do we expect from you?** **Desired Profile:** * **Required Education:** Completed Technical Course in Mechanics OR Workplace Safety. * **Preferred Qualifications:** NR 18, NR 35, Scaffolding Assembler courses, and Class B Driver's License (CNH B) * **Main Responsibilities:** Develop teaching processes to achieve educational objectives and professional competencies outlined in the instructional plan. Plan, prepare, and deliver classes in training, improvement, and specialization courses. Diagnose learning needs, interests, and possibilities by analyzing the socio-educational context, developing and applying assessment tools, and issuing evaluations. Research updated literature, techniques, technologies, inputs, and raw materials relevant to your field and related to teaching contexts. Develop learning activities, instructional guides, and lesson plans in accordance with SENAI internal procedures. Design and plan instructional resources and sequences necessary for teaching activities. Develop and apply diversified learning assessment instruments. Monitor and evaluate students' learning levels throughout the educational process. Plan and execute Technical and Technological Services (STS) and consulting activities according to identified needs and institutional procedures. Plan and develop courses and/or lectures in your area of expertise. Provide excellent service to internal and external clients. * **Required Experience:** Minimum of 6 months proven experience in technical work or teaching. * **Preferred Experience:** Professional experience in Modular Scaffolding Assembly. * **Desired Skills:** In-depth knowledge in the field; Mastery of teaching methodologies and educational technologies; Ability to develop lesson plans and pedagogical activities; Capacity to apply assessments and interpret results; Knowledge of educational legislation. * **Flexibility and Availability:** Willingness and availability for travel required. **What we offer:** * **Compensation:** $19.73 per hour * **Schedule:** 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM * **Benefits:** Dental care; Meal allowance or food voucher (based on workload); Day Off; Childcare allowance; Corporate University; Payroll-deductible loan; Private pension plan; Career development plan. **Selection Process: Eliminatory Stages** * All communication will be conducted exclusively via e\-mail.
