We are hiring for a client with over 35 years of experience in both public and private markets, offering audiovisual solutions, videoconferencing, and interactive whiteboards/monitors. A well-established company and a reference in AV technology in Brazil. **About the position:** * Work mode: Field-based – Cravinhos/Ribeirão Preto * Employment type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * **Compensation**: * Expense allowance of R$ 3\.000 for the first three months * After the initial period, expense allowance of R$ 1\.800 * Estimated average commission of R$ 5\.000 (uncapped) **Your responsibilities:** * Active client prospecting * Conducting consultative sales of technological solutions * Preparing technical-commercial proposals * Demonstrating audiovisual equipment * Maintaining and updating the CRM * Preparing visit reports with strategic information * Closing new business deals * Strengthening and expanding the B2B and B2G client portfolio **What we seek:** * Experience with SaaS and/or audiovisual solutions * Experience in the education market * Knowledge of AV equipment * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Desired: familiarity with public procurement processes * Willingness to work 100% in the field * Consultative sales profile * Active listening to understand client needs * Resilience and persistence throughout the sales process * Assertive and clear communication * Proactivity in identifying opportunities * Emotional intelligence to handle diverse client profiles and negotiation scenarios Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B Personal vehicle
