Job Summary: Data Analyst to identify consumption patterns, generate strategic insights, and develop data and analytics infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Identify consumption patterns and improvement opportunities 2. Generate strategic insights for inventory management and profitability 3. Contribute to the evolution of data infrastructure and analytics Analyze sales data from various products and POS systems, identifying consumption patterns and improvement opportunities. Generate strategic insights to support partners in inventory management and profitability enhancement. Develop and maintain SQL queries and ETL pipelines, integrating data from systems such as POS, ERP, mobile apps, and CRM into the Data Lakehouse. Support strategic initiatives, contributing to the company's data infrastructure and analytics evolution. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields such as IT, Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. Experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or MIS Analyst. Proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, and views). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.). Knowledge of Python or R. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in retail or franchising. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of data modeling and systems such as CRM/ERP. Experience with VBA. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
