




Job Summary: Responsible for full management of cash transactions, including opening and closing the cash register, collecting payments, and serving customers, with a focus on offering services and maintaining the store environment. A solid company expanding across multiple states. **Responsible for collecting purchase amounts and processing HTN card bill payments, as well as opening and closing the cash register, issuing transaction receipts (credit/debit cards, cash, and PIX) processed during the day.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Open and close the cash register, issuing receipts for daily transactions involving cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, and bill payments. * Verify the amount received during cash register opening to ensure adequate funds for change. * Serve customers and recommend the most suitable payment method. * Offer the HTN card to customers who do not yet hold this payment option. * Identify customers using official identification documents (RG or CNH) for credit approval. * Register and update customer records, requesting required documents (RG, CPF, and phone number) for analysis and approval per the current Credit Policy. * For existing HTN cardholders, offer PCJ and PP services. * Collect purchase amounts in cash, verifying banknote authenticity; when payment is made via HTN card, request identification documentation. * Visually inspect products (model, size, color, stitching, quantity purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always wrap items as gifts upon customer request, following internally established guidelines. Responsible for handling cash, equipment, and replenishing operational support items (cash register covers, shopping bags, receipt rolls, gift wrapping paper, etc.). * Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the unit, keeping the work area consistently clean and organized. * Support other store departments: inventory, visual merchandising (VM), and restocking (multifunctional). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education: Completed High School** **Prior experience in this role is desirable** **Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.** **Additional Information** Founded in 1980, Humanitarian Footwear operates 50 stores across more than 22 cities in the states of SP, RJ, MG, and PR, ranking among the top five footwear retailers in Brazil.
