




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to strategically drive new business generation in geotechnical engineering, strengthen customer relationships, and identify commercial opportunities. We specialize in geotechnical instrumentation, soil investigations, and high-value technical solutions. **Position Objective** To strategically drive new business generation, strengthen customer relationships, and identify commercial opportunities in the engineering market. **Main Responsibilities** * Contact existing and inactive customers to reinforce relationships and identify needs * Map construction projects and initiatives with potential for company involvement * Prospect new customers and business opportunities * Conduct strategic outreach (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and meetings) * Support structuring of commercial proposals * Manage digital campaigns (traffic, social media, and positioning) * Support marketing activities and lead generation * Maintain and organize the commercial pipeline **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Aptitude for relationship building and negotiation * Basic knowledge of digital marketing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Experience in technical sales or engineering * CRM knowledge * Experience with paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads) * Academic background or experience in technical fields (engineering, construction, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
