Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and delivering management information to support decision-making for operations and strategic departments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for data modeling, data analysis, and dashboard development. 2. Develop operational performance reports and dashboards. 3. Support departments in data interpretation and opportunity identification. **Location:** Ribeirão Preto/SP – On-site (Dabi Business Park, Lagoinha) We are seeking an **MIS Analyst (Management Information Systems)** Employment Type: CLT This professional will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and delivering management information to support decision-making for operations and strategic departments. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in data modeling, data analysis, and dashboard development. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of BI tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop operational performance reports and dashboards. * Consolidate productivity, recovery, and business performance indicators. * Develop and monitor KPIs, and support operational performance analysis. * Support departments in data interpretation and opportunity identification. * Ensure data integrity and consistency. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Transportation Voucher * Discounts at partner universities.
