Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving. ### **What You'll Do** * Support applications to ensure system stability, availability, and performance * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents * Provide support to business users by troubleshooting system issues and responding to inquiries * Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities with end users * Manage deployment processes and support change management activities * Maintain alignment with internal teams (business and technology), vendors, and clients * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and operational processes * Support documentation of solutions, incidents, and workflows * Contribute to maintaining reliable and scalable financial systems in a production environment ### **What You Bring** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field * Experience as a Systems Analyst within financial institutions such as Asset Management, Custody, or Fund Administration * Understanding of system architecture principles * Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar * Experience supporting applications and maintaining production environments * Knowledge of system integrations and APIs * Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools * Understanding of functional testing and user validation processes * Experience working in regulated environments and mission\-critical financial systems * Familiarity with ITIL processes or similar frameworks * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills (technical and functional) ### **Nice to have** * CPA\-10 or CPA\-20 certification * Additional experience with financial systems related to custody, fund administration, or fund accounting ### **English level** Advanced ### **Legal \& Hiring Information** * Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more * Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions * Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
