




Job Summary: A Facilities Coordinator professional to manage third-party vendors, supplies, services, and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. The company seeks a Facilities Coordinator based in Santo André. **Responsibilities:** Management of third-party services (cleaning, cafeteria, reception, and shipping). Control of working hours, vacations, absences, and overtime for the team. Management of supplies (cleaning, office, and cafeteria) and inventory control. Coordination of services such as motorcycle couriers, postal services, notary offices, maintenance, among others. Development and revision of procedures and periodic training. Monitoring of PPE usage and safety regulations (Safety Data Sheets). Conducting operational rounds. Quotation requests and payment submissions. Liaison with service providers and end users. Preparation of managerial reports. Supporting and supervising teams in operational activities. Presenting monthly activity reports. Monitoring deadlines and subcontracted services. Controlling office, hygiene, cleaning, and cafeteria supplies. Supporting expense and budget management for the department. Conducting service research and improvements in facilities operations. Preparing presentations and supporting materials. Previous experience as Facilities Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Facilities Supervisor, or Infrastructure Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
